How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:
- Email info@vluxcovers.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
- Ship the item back using the provided return method

- Eligible within 14 days of delivery
- Used or unused items accepted
- Free return shipping
- Full refund or exchange available
Faulty or Defective Items
- Report within 14 days of delivery
- Photo or video proof required

Damaged Items
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Photos of the product and packaging required
- Full refund or replacement provided
- No cost to the customer
Wrong Item Received

Item Never Arrived
- If tracking shows delivered, carrier verification may be required
- If confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued
Order Cancellation
- Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund
- Orders already shipped must follow the standard return process
