How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email info@vluxcovers.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return method

Change of Mind / Exchange

  • Eligible within 14 days of delivery
  • Used or unused items accepted
  • Free return shipping
  • Full refund or exchange available

Faulty or Defective Items

  • Report within 14 days of delivery
  • Photo or video proof required
  • Customer may choose:
    • Full refund
    • Replacement item
  • Free return shipping

Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Photos of the product and packaging required
  • Full refund or replacement provided
  • No cost to the customer

Wrong Item Received

  • Report within 14 days of delivery
  • Free return shipping
  • Correct item shipped or full refund issued

Item Never Arrived

  • If tracking shows delivered, carrier verification may be required
  • If confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued

Order Cancellation

  • Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund
  • Orders already shipped must follow the standard return process

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Banks and card issuers may take 5–10 business days to post the funds

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all V-LUX AUTO products are eligible for return within the 14-day return window.
