Shipping policy
Items ship same day via USPS Priority Mail for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) PST, Monday–Saturday (excluding holidays).

- Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders
- Carrier: USPS
- Order Processing Time: 2 business day
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after shipment
Shipping is free. We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding U.S. holidays)
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- Tracking links allow you to monitor shipment status directly with the carrier
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment

You can check your order status by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

Missing, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Missing Items
If part of your order is missing:
- Contact info@vluxcovers.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and item details
- We will investigate and ship a replacement or issue a refund if confirmed missing
Lost Shipments
- If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will open a carrier investigation
- If confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be provided
Delivered but Not Received
- If tracking shows “Delivered,” we may request confirmation or carrier verification
- Resolution will be provided based on carrier findings
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping time.
